Thomas Francis Hogan (1938 in Washington, D.C.), a United States federal judge, who served as Director of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts from October 17, 2011 until June 30, 2013.Judge Hogan was appointed as a judge for the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in August 1982 by President Ronald Reagan to a seat vacated by William B. Bryant, and became Chief Judge on June 19, 2001. Judge Hogan stepped down as chief judge and took senior status in May 2008.
